At the time of writing this article, VAT (Value Added Tax) is 19%.
The Tax amount and also percentage is displayed in the places where is applied (eg. Invoices, Estimates, etc).
If not otherwise mentioned, TAX is not included in the prices for products and services available for purchase in our Shop.
Also, depending on Your Company's location, TAX might not be displayed / calculated on the Proposals or Estimates. You can learn more about Proposals or Estimates by reading the dedicated articles.
Please note that most of our invoices, estimates and contracts are auto-generated by the system and are a result of your actions (Building a project, ordering a product or a service, etc). All the documents are intended and created for You and Your Company and the available billing details will be used for generating these documents.
If you think there is a mistake in one of the documents auto-generated by the system, please open a ticket for the according department. We advise you to read and learn more informations about Our Departments and also about How to open a Ticket or Tickets in general.
Eg: For an invoice issue, please addressed the ticket for the "Billing Department". For a faster reply and rectification, please specify "Billing Issue" service.
The same applies for a legal issue where you should address the ticket to "Legal Department", specifying "Legal Issue" service.
We take billing and legal issues very serious and reply takes usually a couple of minutes (depending on the daytime you open the ticket). Response time for Billing and Legal Departments is not influenced by your support plan. With other words, regardless of your Support Plan, tickets addressed for these departments will have priority.
Please don't abuse or take advantage of these departments submitting a ticket regarding other issues. The respective ticket will be internally moved to it's corresponding department and this action will lead to slower response time.
