Security and Responsibility for Your Account

As a Customer of Digital Arts Republic, you are responsible for Your Account information.
Depending on the method used to create Your Account* (at the time this article is written, self registration is disabled), Your Account was populated with information regarding you and/or your Company, information that you take full responsibility for and also for the veracity of that respective information.

Our Company, Digital Arts Republic Srl through it's service, daRwin is only responsible for Your Account details Security. 

Please note:
Regardless the method used to create Your Account, you are the only person who knows the password for Your Account.
Under any circumstance, no Staff Member or Admin will ask you about your credentials (login username and password) for Your daRwin Account. 

Since Your Account will be used not only to interact with the team/teams assigned to your project/s but also to Sign Contracts, Proposals, Estimates, to verify Account Statement and also to pay invoices, it's strictly forbidden to share your credentials to anyone (not even to other team members of your Company or Organisation)**

*: Method used to create your Account:
#1. daRwin Admin created the account for you with all the information needed that you provided before by, but not limited to, sending a Project Request using our website form.
#2. You registered an account using daRwin registration page (if the service is enabled) and you entered all the needed information regarding you and/or your Company or Organisation. Information that you take full responsibility for.

**: Following the indications from this article, you can request registration of extra/additional Accounts for other members of Your Company. The respective user Accounts will be linked to Your Company.
